1. VMRack Premium China-Optimized Cloud VPS Restocked Again — Still Selling Out Fast
VMRack’s premium China-optimized cloud VPS has recently become one of the most talked-about Los Angeles VPS offerings. It features top-tier round-trip optimized routing across all three major Chinese ISPs using:
In terms of mainland China connectivity, this is currently considered one of the highest-end network combinations available on the US West Coast.
According to VMRack’s current restock schedule:
- Restocks usually happen around 10 AM on the first business day of each week
- Popular low-end plans (1C1G / 1C2G) sell out almost instantly (for example: listed at 09:49 and sold out by 09:55 on April 13)
- Higher-tier plans (2C4G) are relatively easier to purchase and currently still in stock
At this point, trying to grab the cheapest plans consistently is unrealistic for most users. The 2C4G package is now the more practical and recommended option.

2. Why the $99/year 2C4G Plan Is the Better Choice
Many users initially focus on the $35 or $49 plans, but the reality is:
- They are almost impossible to secure
- Even if you get one, the specifications are quite entry-level
- You may eventually need to upgrade or migrate later anyway
The $99/year package with 2 vCPU and 4GB RAM offers a much more balanced configuration.

4. Who Should Choose the $99 Plan?
If you fall into one of the following categories, the 2C4G plan is the more hassle-free option:
1️⃣ Website Hosting Users (WordPress / eCommerce Sites)
- 4GB RAM provides much more headroom
- Better handling of concurrent traffic
2️⃣ Relay / Proxy Node Users
- More stable optimized return routing
- Better peak-hour experience
3️⃣ Streaming / Cross-Border Business Users
- High-quality routing with lower latency
- Strong international connectivity performance
4️⃣ Long-Term Users
- A one-time setup that avoids future upgrades and migrations
- Renewal price remains unchanged, making costs predictable
5. Why Waiting for the Cheapest Plans Is Not Recommended
Many beginners fall into the trap of only chasing the lowest-priced plans.
But with highly popular VPS inventory like this, the reality is:
- ✔ Cheap plans require both luck and extremely fast ordering speed
- ✔ Higher-tier plans are easier to purchase and more practical for long-term use
Also:
👉 If you miss the current restock, you may have to wait another full week
👉 Prices may return to normal after the promotion ends on April 30
So instead of repeatedly monitoring inventory and stressing over availability, it makes more sense to go directly for:
👉 A plan that is available, practical, and stress-free to purchase — the 2C4G package.
6. Final Thoughts: The $99 Plan Is the Most Practical Choice
If this VMRack promotion could be summarized in one sentence:
👉 The cheap plans are “great if you manage to get one,” but the 2C4G plan is the one you can actually buy and comfortably use long-term.
Overall highlights:
- ✔ Premium round-trip optimized routing for all three Chinese ISPs (CN2 GIA + AS9929 + CMIN2)
- ✔ Well-balanced specifications suitable for most use cases
- ✔ $99/year with the same renewal price
- ✔ Less likely to sell out instantly, making it easier to secure
👉 For most users, this is the tier that is truly worth recommending, worth buying, and realistically obtainable.
