HostDare USA CSSD Hardware Performance Test
The hardware performance of HostDare’s USA CSSD VPS is average but sufficient for most basic use cases. Test results show the server is equipped with a 3-core 2.1GHz CPU, 4GB RAM, and an additional 4GB of virtual memory by default. Disk read/write performance is also strong, reaching up to 980MB/s, with NVMe storage significantly improving overall speed. During testing, BBR optimization was manually enabled to further enhance network performance.Network Performance Test: Domestic & International Bandwidth and Latency
In network performance tests, HostDare’s USA CSSD VPS performed very well. Both upload and download speeds were able to reach the full 80Mbps bandwidth, meeting everyday usage requirements. Although the bandwidth is relatively limited, real-world performance is fully satisfactory. More importantly, thanks to optimized routing for mainland China, traffic from China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile is all intelligently routed for improved stability and latency:- China Telecom outbound traffic goes through backbone networks directly to Los Angeles, while return traffic uses CN2 GIA;
- China Unicom outbound traffic still goes through backbone routes, while return traffic uses AS9929 optimized routing;
- China Mobile outbound traffic uses CMI, while return traffic uses CMIN2 routing.
