IP Care+ is an IPv4 self-service replacement service provided by BitsFlow.
When an IPv4 address is blocked by GFW, users can apply for an IP replacement directly through the management panel.
Rules:
- Free IPv4 replacement up to 3 times per year
- Maximum 1 replacement per month

Refund Policy
A refund request must meet all of the following requirements:
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours after purchase;
- The total inbound and outbound traffic usage must not exceed 10GB;
- The IPv4 address must not have been blocked by GFW.
