Due to the recent increase in new customers, some IP ranges have experienced Google geolocation issues caused by improper customer usage. This is part of Google’s internal algorithms and only affects certain Google services such as Gemini. Mainstream AI, eCommerce, and social media platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and TikTok are not affected.

How to fix it?

Why don’t shared proxy services encounter this issue?

1. Shared proxy providers usually rely on DNS-based unlocking, meaning all users access the service through the same unlocked IP via DNS hijacking. If an IP gets blocked, they simply switch to another one. This approach is cheap but has obvious drawbacks, which is why similar issues rarely appear.
