1) VPS Login Information
After provisioning, VPS login details will be sent via email with the subject line:
“KVM VPS Login Information”.
The email includes your server IP, root password, and control panel access details.
2) Handling Blocked or Unusable IPs
If the VPS becomes unusable immediately after activation due to IP-related issues, users may request one free IPv4 replacement within 72 hours of purchase without additional charges.
3) Self-Service IPv4 Replacement
- Log in to the control panel and select the VPS
- Choose Change IP
- The system will automatically generate a one-time $3 invoice
- After payment, the IP will be replaced automatically
Important: Changing the IP address will erase server data. Please back up your data in advance.
4) Datacenter Migration Policy
- Multi-location plans: users may request migration via support ticket (usually only once)
- Fixed-location plans: migration may require a $5 fee
- Very low-cost plans (under $10/year) have lower migration approval rates
