LisaHost is a VPS and dedicated server provider covering multiple regions including Asia, North America, and Europe. It operates data centers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and has gained attention for offering dual-ISP native residential IP servers. Recently, LisaHost launched a new U.S. residential VPS node in Chicago, which we tested comprehensively, including network latency, routing, IP attributes, and performance.

LisaHost – US CN2 VPS, CERA servers, high-security CN2 GIA cloud hosting, native IP VPS, residential IP VPS, TikTok US servers, unlimited traffic VPS, dual-ISP IP VPS, and more
This U.S. residential VPS offers bandwidth options ranging from 200Mbps to 10Gbps, with both limited and unlimited traffic plans available. For example, the entry-level limited-traffic plan includes 1 CPU core, 1GB RAM, 20GB storage, 300Mbps bandwidth, and 3000GB traffic at 68 RMB/month. The unlimited traffic plan starts with 2 CPU cores, 2GB RAM, 40GB storage, and 200Mbps bandwidth at 198 RMB/month. Payment via Alipay is supported, and the ordering process is straightforward. Linux is supported by default, and Windows can be installed via ticket for configurations with 2GB RAM or higher.
In network testing, the IP is identified as ISP-level by both company and ASN attributes. Validation tools confirm it is a high-purity native residential IP, making it suitable for users requiring real residential network identities.
Ping tests over mobile networks show an average latency of around 231ms with good stability and minimal packet loss. The overall national average latency across China’s three major networks is about 226ms, with China Telecom at ~214ms, China Unicom at ~223ms, and China Mobile at ~241ms. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia show lower latency around 191ms, performing even better.
Global connectivity testing also shows strong performance, with low packet loss across overseas nodes. In comparison, China Unicom experiences slightly higher packet loss, while China Telecom and China Mobile remain relatively stable.
Routing analysis shows China Telecom uses backbone direct export to the U.S., China Unicom uses AS4837 routes, and China Mobile uses CMI backbone routing. Return traffic for all three networks goes directly back from the U.S. data center to China without detours, indicating clean routing paths.
In terms of hardware performance, the server runs on Intel Xeon E5-2690 v4 @ 2.60GHz. Disk read/write speed reaches approximately 503MB/s. Benchmark tests show upload speeds up to 889Mbps and download speeds up to 932Mbps, indicating strong overall network and I/O performance.
