According to the latest email notification from UCloud Cloud Computing, the company has officially launched the brand-new U Ambassador Promotion Management Platform on May 12, 2025. The platform is directly integrated into the UCloud official console. This upgrade aims to optimize the promotion workflow, improve data accuracy, and enhance the promotional interface experience.
Note: The old and new platforms are not yet fully connected. If you have a large amount of historical promotion data in the old U Ambassador system, it is recommended to continue using the old platform and wait for the official unified migration in Q3. If not, users are encouraged to try the new platform in advance to experience its new features.
1. New Platform Login Entry
After logging into the UCloud console, click “All Products”. On the product overview page, you can find the
U Ambassador Promotion Management Platform.
2. Core Advantages of the New Platform
- Convenient Operation: One-click login directly from the console, eliminating the need for separate third-party platform logins.
- Promotion Materials: Easily copy promotional links for popular campaigns and download related media kits to improve efficiency.
- Data Insights: Multi-dimensional reporting allows real-time access to referred customer data and commission orders, making promotion clearer and more manageable.
3. Flexible Migration Options
Users may choose to actively join the new platform or wait for automatic migration in Q3. Regardless of the option, your promotion activities will continue normally and commission settlements will remain unaffected.
Active Migration: Log in via the new platform entry link using your existing U Ambassador email account. It is recommended to use the new referral links generated by the platform to ensure accurate commission attribution. For details, see the getting started guide.
Do not migrate for now: No action is required. Continue using the old platform until the official unified migration in Q3. You will receive additional email reminders before migration.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Will commissions be affected if I switch to the new platform but still use the old referral links?
A: No. Old platform data will continue to be settled separately. However, customer data from old referral links will not sync to the new platform. It is recommended to gradually transition to the new referral system for full functionality.
Q: Can I continue using the old platform without migrating?
A: Yes. No action is required. You may continue using the old platform until the official unified migration in Q3. You will be notified again via email before the migration.
Q: Why can’t I find the “Customer Association” feature in the new platform?
A: This feature is planned for Phase 2 development. For now, you can still use the old platform’s “Customer Association” function.
Q: Has the commission structure changed?
A: No changes. Both old and new platforms follow the latest commission rules. For details, please refer to the commission policy.
