Recently, Virpus.com sent a notification to its users announcing that all customer accounts and services will be fully migrated to Digital-VM.com, marking another ownership transition for Virpus.
Virpus.com, founded in 2006, was previously acquired by Wowrack in 2014. Now, in February 2025, Virpus has officially merged into Digital-VM.com. Observers had noticed the close relationship between the two companies months ago—they often sent similar promotional emails, with nearly identical discounts and promo codes, differing only by domain. Despite similar promotions, their product lines had little overlap. After this integration, it remains to be seen how Virpus’ products and services will perform under Digital-VM.
